Our specialists use evidence-based tools—blades, cups, and floss—to reduce tension, increase circulation, and improve range of motion. Assisted stretching and movement therapy further help prevent injury and enhance flexibility.
Sports Medicine
Our sports medicine approach focuses on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and sport-specific training. Whether you’re returning to activity or optimizing performance, we create structured programs that rebuild strength and confidence safely and effectively.
Compression Therapy
Accelerate muscle recovery and reduce inflammation with dynamic compression for the legs, hips, knees, and shoulders. This technology promotes circulation and speeds up healing after intense training.
Massage Gun & TENS Unit Therapy
Target sore or overworked muscles with percussion and electrical stimulation therapies that relieve tightness, promote muscle repair, and support recovery between sessions.
